All content accessible through this interface is parsed, retrieved, and dynamically rendered via non-affiliated, public, third-party APIs and external web resources.

2.2 Functional Architecture

This platform functions exclusively as a specialized, automated indexing search engine for embedded media. The developers and maintainers of Nika-Stream exercise no administrative control, editorial oversight, or hosting responsibility for the accuracy, compliance, legality, security, or availability of the content hosted on external, third-party domains.

Nika-Stream respects the intellectual property rights of creators, production studios, and distribution networks worldwide. Because we do not possess, store, or have physical control over the underlying media files, we cannot permanently delete the source content from the internet.

Important Notice to Copyright Holders: Removing a hyperlink or embedded player from Nika-Stream does not remove the underlying content from the web. To permanently erase the infringing material, you must direct your takedown requests to the actual third-party infrastructure or hosting provider hosting the file.

However, as a good-faith platform dedicated to legal compliance, we are entirely willing to remove infringing index listings and hyperlinks from our user interface upon receiving a valid, documented notification.
